At Westport Baptist Church, there are men's and women's discipleship studies that are offered each fall. They are typically six to eight weeks long and they finish before Christmas break. 

In addition to the fall discipleship studies, there are winter men's and women's studies offered. These too are typically six to eight weeks. 

The Ladies in Fellowship Together (L.I.F.T.) group meet regularly for Christian encouragement. All ladies (women, teens, and younger) are welcome to attend these fellowship outings, as they lift one another up through their shared faith in Jesus Christ.
